Avocado and Poached Egg Toast

INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 avocado

- Paprika

- Pepper

- Sesame seeds

- 1 poached egg

- 1 slice of 100% whole wheat bread

PREPARATION

1. Put water and a tablespoon of vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a boil, lower the heat and add the egg and cook for 3 minutes.

2. Cut the avocado and place on top of the toast, place the egg on top and sprinkle with pepper and paprika.

3. Optional: add sesame seeds.
