The avocado cultivation begins with the selection of temperate climate land, well-drained soils rich in organic matter; the trees are propagated by grafting to ensure the quality of the fruit and require careful management of irrigation, fertilization, and pruning, in addition to pest and disease control. The harvest is carried out when physiological maturity is reached, with care to avoid damage, and subsequently the fruits are classified, packaged, and distributed, guaranteeing their freshness and quality for the consumer.
